Our limited-edition Barrel Aged Old Ale is a tall glass of something dark, strong and delicious. Resting in Starward Whiskey barrels since October 2021, this full flavoured beauty has huge notes of whiskey and oak, and hints of dried fruit, vanilla and sherry.

HOPS

A malt driven Old Ale, using minimal amounts of Australian Ella hops for bittering only.

MALT

This Old Ale was brewed with local pale malt, and specialty malts Caramunich#2, Carapils and Cararoma from Weyerman in Bamberg, Germany.

FOOD PAIRING

Old Ale complements antipasto boards with cheese, fresh and dried fruits, and nuts.
